All Products offered are intended to comply with the standards set by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) in Kenya.
Warranties and Consumer Rights
All purchases are subject to the implied conditions and warranties provided by the Kenyan Sale of Goods Act (Cap 31) and the rights afforded to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 (Cap 501). We warrant that the goods sold are of reasonable quality, fit for the purpose they are commonly supplied, and will conform to the description.
5. Intellectual Property Rights

6. Purchasing, Pricing, and Payment
Offer and Acceptance
The display of Products on the Site constitutes an invitation to treat. Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the Product. The contract for sale is formed when we send you an email confirmation that your order has been accepted and shipped.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and modify prices at any time.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Defective Goods
Your rights regarding returns and refunds are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 of Kenya.

RELIABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, under any legal theory (including contract, tort, or breach of statutory duty), arising out of your use, or inability to use, the Site, or any Products purchased, beyond the extent of our legal liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012. Our liability is limited to the refund, repair, or replacement of the defective product.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Jurisdiction
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Nairobi, Kenya.
Mediation
We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve disputes informally before pursuing litigation.
